Jovon "Jeaux" Brumfield is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lagniappe Business Services, LLC. With almost 20 years of supporting executive level leaders in the nonprofit and higher education space at Tulane University, Georgia State University, Xavier University of Louisiana, Teach for America, and Volunteers of America Southeast Lousiana. Summer has leveraged her professional experience and her love for technology to serve her clients initially as a Tech Virtual Assistant and pivoted to a Remote Project Manager and Trainer. This is an 8-week program (60 days). This gives participants enough time to pace themselves through the material, execute on the actions, and still allow time for rest to prevent overwhelm. Mental well being is important to us.
This program is unique in that we offer video training, live training, group coaching, and individual coaching.
The first cohort of the program will begin in April 2023. This program is only offered twice a year. We begin accepting applications in February due to the selectiveness of the program.
You will be placed on the waitlist for the second round. Should it be determined that the program is not in alignment with your immediate goals, we offer other options and resources to support you on your Pathway to Pivot.
